EDIFICE project: “Artificial Intelligence and digital twin technologies for predictive maintenance of large civil structures” is going towards the final phase. EDIFICE has been funded by SUSTAIN Eurocluster, EU consortium formed by 5 partners aimed to boost the market of building construction, by engaging SMEs in both innovation and the digital transformation undergoing in the sector. Within EDIFICE, BALTA is implementing a decision making tool focused on the development of a SHM Digital Twin that can represent the real behaviour of the structure during its useful life, answering to the objectives outlined in the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) framework, determined by the combination of Digitalization, IoT and Machine Learning technologies.
